Appointments are scheduled for 55 minutes.


Individual Counseling: $140 (Inital Session $160)

Couples/Marriage/Family Counseling: $160 (Initial Session $180)


We take BCBS insurance Only, and can provide a receipt for other situations.

NOTE: Insurance may not covercouples/marriage counseling.

Mariana is accepting new clients in her Morganton and Lenoir offices, as well as online.  She continues to work with established clients in her Asheville location.

ACTS Counseling Services


Mariana Glass, MA, LCMHC, provides compassionate and professional support to individuals seeking meaningful change in both Morganton and Lenoir offices, and by video-call through a secure online platform.   Many clients have questions about what to expect, especially when considering counseling for the first time or choosing online sessions. Mariana offers a 15-minute phone consultation at no charge to discuss the fit of your counseling needs and her professional counseling practice.

Telehealth video sessions are available for those who prefer the comfort and convenience of meeting online or because of distance. These virtual sessions are conducted through secure platforms that protect privacy and confidentiality while making therapy more accessible. Clients can participate from their home, office, or any private location with internet access, reducing barriers like travel time and scheduling difficulties.
